Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Resource with a strong background in banking and financial services testing to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on experience with test management tools like JIRA and Zephyr. You will be responsible for leading and executing various testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing, while collaborating closely with developers and business teams. The role demands expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), along with experience in leading testing efforts and mentoring junior testers. You will also need a deep understanding of applications related to Corporate Onboarding, BPM, T24, API testing, and digital testing. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the testing efforts for various banking and financial services applications. Collaborate with business teams and developers to ensure proper test planning, test case creation, and defect tracking. Execute and oversee functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing across different projects and systems. Utilize JIRA and Zephyr for test management, reporting test progress, and tracking defects. Review and verify Corporate Onboarding, BPM, and T24 systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance. Identify, log, and track defects effectively, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues. Communicate test progress, results, and issues clearly to stakeholders, business teams, and developers. Collaborate with teams to continuously improve the testing process and enhance overall software quality. Qualifications : 5-7 years of experience in software testing, particularly in the banking and financial services domain. Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA and Zephyr. Strong knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, and automation testing. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
