The Quality Assurance Auditor reports to the Manager, Quality Assurance and his/her principal responsibilities and qualifications and experience requirements are as follows:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key Activities

1. Conduct regular independent audits in order to proactively identify non-conformities and areas for improvement

2. Provide comprehensive assessment of all flydubai activities including reports that verify continued airworthiness of flydubai\'s aircraft

3. Review company systems, policies and procedures and make recommendations to flydubai management

4. Review and present findings and concerns with the appropriate personnel or representatives of suppliers or service providers

5. Investigate non-conformities to the required level and ensure appropriate corrective, preventative and verification actions are taken

6. Ensure adequate corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented, planned or accomplished in order to address highlighted concerns or findings

7. Review and investigate accident and incident reports

8. Monitor and close occurrence reports and assess trends

9. Evaluation of closing activities on Quality investigations associated with Air Safety and Mandatory Occurrence Reports and any other internal and external investigations

10. Communicate audit trends across the airline

11. Liaise with the regulatory authorities to resolve regulatory and quality matters

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Qualification

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent professional qualification

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in the aviation industry

• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience as an Auditor from an Operations background - Flight and/or Ground

Knowledge / Skills

• Good knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements (CAR-OPS 1, CAR Part V)

• Competent at writing clear and concise reports

• Good level of numeracy and computer literacy

• Good knowledge of audit skills and techniques
