Job Description

As the Quality Assurance Manager for a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured or distributed by the company meet the highest quality standards. You will lead and manage the quality assurance team, develop and implement quality control processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control Management:Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems to monitor product quality at various stages of production and distribution.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from the established quality standards.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify potential areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary. Compliance and Regulatory Standards:Ensure that all products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the company\'s quality assurance processes. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the quality assurance team to ensure their professional growth and optimize their performance.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and regularly assess their progress. Supplier and Vendor Quality Management:Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish quality requirements for suppliers and vendors.
Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet the company\'s quality standards. Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the production and distribution processes.
Promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization. Customer Feedback and Complaints:Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
Investigate the root cause of customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes, test results, and compliance records.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline).
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience with auditing and supplier quality management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
