Job Description

ROLE REQUIREMENT Suitable Engineer defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and interprets results of demonstrations and tests for components, units, modules, subsystems, integrated systems, engineering expert for laboratory's designs of test setups and procedures, and on failure analysis and materials testing. Analyzes and prepare proposals, plans, schedules and budgets for test activities, develops creative, safe, and practical solutions, designs test fixtures and instrumentation configurations to obtain necessary data, and documents test procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations in technical reports. Responsible for ensuring products and services meet customers' expectations before the product goes out the door. validation of non-OEM parts, and that customer and company technical, system, performance, and quality requirements are met. Ensures the process as per ISO Standards, company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the design and Product engineers to ensure that all phases of the customer cycle, from early customer involvement through post-delivery support, are meeting or exceeding the requirements for mission success.
• Provides independent evaluation of technical reviews to ensure acceptable technical rigor is being applied to the process.
• Develops & Review test method and procedures and quality provision, Design for technical data packages.
• Performs tests and demonstrations, including regression testing.
• Collects and analyzes test and demonstration data.
• Identifies product test standards, methods, test environment; analyzing and evaluating findings and failures; identifying root causes of failures.
• Identifies product test and measurement equipment.
• Develops product quality procedures as required.
• Participates in Material Review Board (MRB) and Change Control Board (CCB).
• Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
• Ensures that manufacturing engineering, operations and design engineering interact sufficiently throughout the product planning and design phases to ensure a seamless hand-off during product transition to production.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum 8+ years experience in related discipline, tracked vehicle testing experience preferred .
• Experience in implementing Quality Systems as per international standards, Product Quality theories, principles, practical concepts, systems, processes of engineering product development including mechanical and electrical design, integration, test, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in testing and development methodologies, and familiarity with various types of data acquisition, monitoring, measuring and reporting tools and equipment, especially automotive related
• Ability to prepare technical reports, papers, and presentations and deliver them in written and oral form to customers and senior management.
