Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality and Integration Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes and ensuring the seamless integration of various project elements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services while maintaining efficient project integration and alignment.

**What You'll Be Doing:**

+ Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

+ Establish and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and metrics to monitor and evaluate project deliverables and performance.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans.

+ Lead the integration efforts across different project components, ensuring alignment, coordination, and effective communication.

+ Develop and maintain project integration plans, identifying dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.

+ Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to evaluate project performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

+ Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless integration.

+ Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

+ Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to quality management and integration.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or a related discipline. Master's degree is a plus.

+ 15+ years of proven experience in construction management and project integration, preferably in a complex and regulated environment.

+ Experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and tools.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

+ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

+ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.

**What Desired Skills You'll Bring:**

+ MS Office and Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in utilizing data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar software to interpret and present project data, metrics, and performance indicators effectively. Ability to generate insightful reports and dashboards for quality analysis and decision-making purposes

+ Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills to identify root causes of quality issues, assess project performance, and develop effective solutions. Ability to apply data-driven approaches and use relevant quality tools for problem-solving.
