We are seeking a
Quality Analyst & Training
to support daily operations by managing data, monitoring payment or performance records, and preparing accurate quality reports using internal systems. The role involves uploading raw data, analyzing records, and ensuring data accuracy to support business decision-making.The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with structured data and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage raw data in the company's internal system Maintain and track customer or transaction records Prepare regular quality and status reports Analyze data to identify completed, pending, or mismatched records Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness Identify discrepancies and report issues to management Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies
Requirements:
Basic experience in data analysis, reporting, or quality control Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets Ability to work with internal systems or CRM platforms Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and organizational abilities Prior experience in a data or reporting role is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
