Conduct quality control tests on products and services to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of quality control tests and procedures.
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with the training of employees on quality control processes and procedures.
Monitor and report on quality metrics.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements

Recently graduated or pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, engineering, or business.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools is a plus.
