Job Description
Arqitek is seeking to hire a data design and analyst intern who will work in a team environment, under active mentorship and coaching, with data oriented tools and platforms to deliver on client and project deliverables.
As part of the database design role, you will be required to have;

Soft Skills:
As part of the database design role, you will be required to have;
- Knowledge of Data Modelling including Conceptual, Logical and Physical Modelling
- Knowledge of Data Entity Relationship Diagramming (ERD) including relevant notations (Chens, Crows, etc)
- Knowledge of Data Sheet Design and Setup on MS Excel, including column and row design
- Knowledge of Data Entry and ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) Methods into MS Excel, including transposing data from assorted structured and unstructured formats (Word, PPT, PDF, Web, etc)
Optional Requirements are
- Knowledge of Data Normalization Concepts, including normalization rules and implementations up to 4NF
- Knowledge of Data Design Implementation, including schema configurations (SQL, Access, etc)
- Knowledge of Data Integration, including REST API Knowledge and Configuration
As part of the data analyst role, you will be required to have;
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Techniques on MS Excel, including formulae (Math, Aggregation, Logical, Lookup, etc)
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Techniques on MS Excel, including Tables and Charts development
Optional Requirements to have;
- Knowledge of Advanced Data Analysis Techniques on MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, etc
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Platforms such as MS PowerBI, Google Analytics, etc
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Simulation Techniques, including statistical modelling and understanding
