Key Responsibilities:

Installation:

Install new HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Ensure installations meet safety codes and manufacturer specifications.

Maintenance & Repair:

Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and servicing of HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues such as refrigerant leaks, motor malfunctions, and faulty thermostats. Repair and replace components like compressors, heat exchangers, coils, and air handlers.

System Diagnostics:

Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and recommend repairs or replacements. Ensure systems are running efficiently and within manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Service:

Communicate with customers to explain service issues and recommend solutions. Provide education on proper system maintenance for customers.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all local and national building codes and safety regulations. Keep accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.

Emergency Services:

Respond to emergency HVAC repair requests, including after-hours service as required.

Teamwork:

Work closely with other technicians and service personnel to achieve team objectives. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on HVAC technologies.

Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

High school diploma or equivalent. Formal HVAC training from an accredited program (e.g., technical school, apprenticeship). Valid HVAC certification or license (e.g., EPA 608 Certification, NATE Certification). Current driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience:

Minimum of [X] years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Experience with residential, commercial, and/or industrial HVAC systems preferred. Familiarity with refrigerants, electrical systems, and control systems.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and tools. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Pay: QAR1,800.00 - QAR1,900.00 per month
