We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team on fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair split air conditioning units, ducted systems, VRF systems, and fan coil units (FCUs)
Handle refrigerant piping, drainage, and associated HVAC components
Assist with ductwork installation and ensure correct connections to HVAC units
Ensure all HVAC installations meet site requirements and industry standards
Perform system checks and cooling performance tests post-installation
Support client handover procedures and assist with final testing and commissioning
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies on-site
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary MEP team to achieve project goals
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, particularly in fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split AC, ducted units, VRF, and FCUs
Familiarity with refrigerant handling and piping installation
Ability to read technical drawings and follow site specifications
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Team player with good communication skills and a proactive approach
