ole Overview
We are looking for a QS & Estimation cum Planning Engineer to support our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will handle quantity surveying, estimation, planning, and site coordination for various maintenance-related works.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for maintenance works Conduct site measurements (including villa external facades in sqm) Prepare AutoCAD drawings, measurement sheets, and technical documentation Develop and update project schedules using MS Project Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and management Prepare progress reports, material tracking, and work planning Support tendering, estimation, and invoicing requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent 2-5 years of UAE experience in QS, Estimation, or Planning Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-off, and rate analysis Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure UAE driving license is an advantage
