PTWL is looking for a

Planning Engineer ( Landscaping Projects)

with 3+ years of experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

Prepare Baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan Prepare Resources (Cash flow & manpower Histogram) Prepare Extension of Time claims Experienced in construction activities sequencing, delay events, resource loading, progress report Updating Programs-Weekly & Monthly Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports. Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures Reporting to Technical and Commercial Manager & Support him with projects related administration, scheduling regular meetings, record decisions, create and update workflows, and provide documentation to internal team
Requirement:

Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role. Proven work experience on managing residencial and commercial projects . Hands-on experience with Primavera-P6, MS Office and MS Excel Proficient typing and editing skills Data organization skills Attention to detail BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field UAE Drivers License is mandatory
