What You'll Be Doing:

Reviews and coordinates project-related payments, i.e. payment certificates and invoices for contractors and consultants as assigned by the Lead or Senior QS.
Supports the monitoring and updating of the financial report status of construction contracts and consultancy agreements that will be issued regularly.
Prepares and updates the monthly the cash flow expenditures and budget forecast for specific packages for review and approval by the Senior Cost/QS Engineer.
Supports the review and/or preparation of variation orders as assigned by the Lead Cost/QS Engineer.
Reviews contractor's cost proposals and engineer's recommendations.
Reviews and/or prepare cost impact of revisions or changes in design as required and prepares checks of the consultants' estimates.
Supports the tender process and financial evaluation of bids as required.
Reviews and comments on BOQs for proposed design changes prepared by others.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate under the direction of the Lead or Senior Cost/QS Engineer.
