Job Description

Looking for well experienced Planning engineer to join our team in Dubai UAE to work on high profile new Aquaculture Project development. Candidates must have a proven background as a Planning Engineer as well Quantity surveyor on large scale industrial construction. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working for industrial construction having complete knowledge of large sized RCC water tanks and should be well Knowledge in Professional Tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project so that he can lead Coordinate Team with construction, MEP works etc. Should be able to plan, organize and supervise construction project and ensure timely completion of project. Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Must be pro active and have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. Should be resources in terms of team building , sub-contractor identification and material and cost of execution cost. Must possess analytical skills to take decision with regard to sub contracting or in house execution or both. Project Delivery Progress/Quality

• To execute the project to ensure that the progress of the project is achieved within the described timeframe and ensure quality, keeping all team members informed of progress at all times.

Project Delivery Cost

• To execute the project to ensure that the costs of the project are maintained within the described limits of the project viability and should be analytical and strong decision maker to rationalize cost. Ensure value added/buildability options for the projects execution.

Human Resource/Team building

• Must possess absolute clarity on team building as per project scope and budget.

Project Planning & Reporting & Documentation

• Must have excellent planning and coordination skills to achieve milestones and deadlines .Must possess guidance skills for documentation .

Tender Documentation

• Ensure that all Tender and Contract documentation is prepared in a coordinated manner in conjunction with teams.

Education and Skills

• As Background in Engineering and Building/ University Degree. Proactive approach with good communication skills with a minimum of 5 - 7 years major project experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel), AutoCAD, MS Project , Primavera and Knowledge in FIDIC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience:
