Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manages the cost, quality, and legal compliance of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are within budget, on schedule, and meet all standards. Key responsibilities include cost estimation, budget management, preparing tender and contracts, negotiating with clients and subcontractors, and overseeing payments and final accounts. QS professionals require strong analytical & Commercial & communication skills
