Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor Arabic lady with a civil engineering background to support cost control, contract management, and financial oversight of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction methodologies, and hands-on experience in commercial project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil engineering projects. Conduct feasibility studies, risk analyses, and value engineering assessments. Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure alignment with contractual obligations. Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare interim and final payment certificates for contractors and sub-contractors. Maintain records of project finances, measurements, and contractual correspondence. Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure financial efficiency and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular cost reports and forecasts to the management team. Assist in contract administration, including claims preparation and dispute resolution support. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, legal standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within the civil engineering or construction sector. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost control practices. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar). Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
