We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QHSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment practices within the Facilities Management (FM) or Security industry. The QHSE Officer will play a key role in implementing and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and IMS documentation (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple sites.
Lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
Provide QHSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and client-specific safety protocols.
Prepare QHSE performance reports, statistics, and improvement plans.
Support tender submissions, mobilization plans, and client audits.
Coordinate with operations teams to enhance overall safety and quality performance.
Minimum Requirements
4-5 years of experience in the Facilities Management or Security industry.
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certifications (9001, 14001, 45001 preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and audit procedures.
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic speakers preferred).
Proficient in report writing, safety documentation, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Requirements
Arab nationalities (preferred).
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Experience in dealing with government authorities, clients, and FM operations teams.
