Job Description
We are looking for a
QHSE Officer
to join our team and ensure the highest standards ofQuality, Health, Safety, and Environment
across our operations and worker accommodations.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor
HSE policies, procedures, and safety practices
in workshop and fabrication areas. Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site inspections. Ensure proper use ofPPE
and safe practices in welding, cutting, bending, and fabrication. Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency response readiness. Monitorquality control of raw materials and finished products
to meet standards. Manageincident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions
. Oversee accommodation safety, hygiene, AC filter cleaning, pest control, and welfare facilities. Ensure compliance withlocal laws, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
. Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and monthly reporting to management.Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as QHSE Officer in manufacturing / industrial setup. Strong knowledge of
HSE regulations, quality standards, and ISO systems
. Ability to train, guide, and enforce safety culture among workers. Good communication and reporting skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
