to join our team in the interior fit-out sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all company operations and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain QHSE management systems, policies, and procedures in line with company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits on sites to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all staff and subcontractors adhere to safety practices and wear appropriate PPE.
Prepare QHSE reports, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for project teams.
Liaise with external authorities and ensure documentation is up to date.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for quality and safety performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
as a QHSE Officer, preferably in the
fit-out or interior contracting industry
.
NEBOSH certification
is mandatory.
Valid
UAE Driving License
.
Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and ISO standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
