We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
QHSE Officer
to support and implement the organization's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies. The ideal candidate will ensure that operations comply with legal requirements and internal standards, contributing to a safe and high-quality work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce QHSE standards, procedures, and policies across all operations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local laws and company guidelines. Identify and assess potential risks and implement preventive measures. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Support the development and delivery of QHSE training and awareness sessions. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Maintain records of QHSE activities, including inspections, training, and corrective actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within Real Estate. Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and ISO standards.
