Job Description

To support the implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) management systems in accordance with ISO standards and company policies, ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements and promoting a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

SECTION 3

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Description

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of QHSE Management Systems in compliance with ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HACCP requirements.

Conduct routine inspections and audits at project sites to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.

Support the preparation and review of QHSE documentation including SOPs, risk assessments, work instructions, and incident reports.

Monitor non-conformities, follow up on corrective/preventive actions and ensure timely closure.

Assist in investigating incidents, accidents and near-misses and prepare reports with root cause analysis.

Facilitate QHSE awareness and toolbox training sessions for staff and contractors.

Coordinate with departments and sites to ensure documentation and practices are aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly QHSE reports for internal review and client submissions.

Ensure proper documentation and archiving of QHSE records in accordance with company policies.

SECTION 4

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES)

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Nutrition or a related field.

HACCP Level 3 Certification (mandatory).

ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification (preferred).

Awareness or training in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (an advantage).

Experience

2-4 years of experience in a QHSE role within food service, catering or hospitality sectors.

Exposure to implementation and monitoring of ISO-based management systems.

Experience in site inspections, audits and client-facing QHSE activities.

Competencies

Knowledge of QHSE standards, auditing practices and risk assessment techniques.

Strong observation, reporting and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and handle routine fieldwork and documentation.

Strong ethical standards and ability to work both independently and within a team.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
