Job Description
We are seeking a qualified
QHSE Officer
to support our Facilities Management operations across Qatar. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company QHSE systems, ISO standards, and local regulations, while promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits. Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, Civil Defense, and HSE standards. Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Provide QHSE training and toolbox talks. Maintain documentation and prepare QHSE performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely certification (mandatory). 3-5 years' QHSE experience in Facilities Management or Construction. Good knowledge of Qatar's HSE regulations and ISO 9001/14001/45001. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Strong communication and reporting skills.
