About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with ISO standards, ADOSH, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with ISO, ADOSH, and local regulatory standards. Develop and deliver QHSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors. Ensure all facade cleaning, rope access, working at height, and facility management activities comply with mandatory HSE requirements. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance. Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports, corrective action plans, and conduct drills/simulations. Support emergency preparedness and response planning. Maintain accurate QHSE records, documents, and reports for internal and external requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a QHSE role within facilities management, construction, or related industries. Strong knowledge of ISO standards, ADOSH, and local health and safety regulations. Experience in working-at-height and rope access safety compliance is an advantage. Excellent communication, training, and report-writing skills.
