Job Description
The QHSE Officer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, fostering a safe and sustainable work environment while driving continuous improvement in quality and operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Implement and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) and conduct internal quality audits.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and investigate incidents.
- Environmental Oversight: Monitor environmental practices, manage waste and energy programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- System Audits & Certifications: Lead ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Training & Reporting: Prepare QHSE performance reports and deliver safety and awareness training across the company.
