We are hiring a
QHSE Engineer - MPD
to support Managed Pressure Drilling operations by implementing QHSE systems, monitoring compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures for MPD operations.
Conduct risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, and job safety analyses.
Monitor compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.
Participate in audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Ensure proper reporting of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
Liaise with MPD teams, rig crews, and management on QHSE matters.
Maintain QHSE documentation and prepare reports for management and clients.
Required Qualification / Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of QHSE experience in drilling or MPD operations.
Strong knowledge of oil & gas safety standards and regulations.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent (preferred).
Experience working on rigs or drilling projects.
Strong reporting, communication, and analytical skills.
