QHSE Engineer - Immediately Joining

:

Professional / Technical Qualifications Minimum one of the following: ? NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent with any other HSE certifications Additional HSE Training / Certifications will be added advantage. (IMS/ISO Auditor, Train to trainer etc...)

Work Experience Minimum 3-4 years' experience in HSE fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas.

Skills and Competencies:

Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas.

Able to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Transport Coordinator & Hygiene officers etc.

Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.

Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.

Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)

Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.

Ability to implement practical H2S control measures.

Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.

Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.

Ability to speak, read and write English with good communication skills.

Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.

Willing to work in various offshore sites

. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
