Job Description
Position: QC/QA (Cosmetics - Male Candidate) -
Key Duties and Role:
Quality Control (QC) -
QC focuses on
detecting defects in products
through testing and inspection.Key Roles:
Raw Material Testing:
Ensure all ingredients meet safety and quality standards before production.
In-Process Control:
Monitor product quality during various stages of manufacturing (e.g., mixing, filling, packaging).
Finished Product Testing:
Test physical, chemical, and microbiological properties of the final product (e.g., pH, viscosity, stability, microbial limits).
Label & Packaging Check:
Verify that labeling is correct, legible, and compliant with regulations.
Batch Release Testing:
Approve or reject batches based on test results.
Quality Assurance (QA) -
QA is
preventive and process-oriented
. It ensures theentire manufacturing process
consistently produces safe and high-quality products.Key Roles:
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures):
Define step-by-step processes for production, sanitation, testing, etc.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure products meet
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
,ISO standards
, andlocal/international regulations
.Internal Audits & Documentation:
Regularly audit processes and maintain detailed records (batch records, validation reports, deviations, etc.).
Training:
Ensure all staff are trained in hygiene, GMP, and their responsibilities.
Change Control & Risk Assessment:
Evaluate impact of changes in materials, equipment, or procedures on product quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
