Qc Technician In Lv Switchgear

Job Description
Responsibilities and duties include:
Conduct testing of electrical power system equipment such as
LV Panels, Capacitor Banks, Control Panels, MCC Panels
, etc. Independently perform tests includingFerrule checking, Continuity Test, High Voltage (HV) Test, Insulation Resistance (Megger), Contact Resistance Measurement (CRM), Primary & Secondary Injection Tests
. Prepare and updatered markup drawings
as required during testing and commissioning. Work withVFDs, Soft-Starters, Multifunction Meters (MFM), kWh Meters
, including wiring, programming, and commissioning. Possess strong knowledge ofswitchgear components
such asACB, MCCB, RCCB, MCB, VFDs, and Soft-Starters
. Prepare and maintainFAT (Factory Acceptance Test) reports
and ensure compliance with standards. Handle all project-related activities concerningquality control and safety compliance
.Requirements:
Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Hands-on experience in testing & commissioning of LV panels and switchgear Minimum 3Years).
