Job Location \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai Salary \xe2\x80\x93 AED 5000 - 8000 Industry \xe2\x80\x93 Oil & Gas Job Requirements:

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Must have experience in working with ASME Sec VIII Div.1 & ASME Sec VIII Div.2 Pressure equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
Must have knowledge and understanding of ASME Section I, II, V, VIII, and XI, and B31.1
6 - 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as NDT Level 2 with certifications for PT & MT preferred, and UT & RT a plus.
Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement and Project Management to review drawings, create job specific procedures and travelers, and help resolve product quality problems and institute corrective actions.
Assist the QA/QC manager on assigned activities supporting the company\'s quality management system and certifications.
Perform Material inspection for ASME equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
Prepare ITP, WPS/PQR, and Weld Maps for compliance to applicable Code, Company Standards and Contract Specification.
Qualify welders and welding operators in accordance with ASME Section IX.
Identify and process internal non-conformance\xe2\x80\x99s and support in root cause analysis as needed.
