Job Title:

Quality Control (QC) Assistant

The QC Assistant is responsible for supporting the quality control team in inspecting, testing, and verifying materials and products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. This role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting in audits, and helping improve product quality and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Experience in handling profile projector, trimos and thread rollers Document inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformances. Support the QC team in maintaining product quality standards and SOPs. Prepare and label samples for testing as per company procedures. Help maintain calibration and cleanliness of inspection tools and equipment. Assist in compiling quality data and generating QC reports. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure quality compliance. Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in science/engineering is a plus). Previous experience in a QC or Oilfield experience preferred. Attention to detail and good observational skills. Basic knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with MS Office and record-keeping systems.

Working Conditions:

May involve working in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Requires standing, walking, or bending for long periods during inspections. Use of protective equipment (PPE) as required by the company.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
