Job Overview We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced QC Mechanical Engineer to work for our client (We Build) on a metro rail project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, through AlOhdah Contracting Establishment. Ensuring the quality of mechanical engineering works connected to MEP, road, and landscaping projects will be your responsibility as a QC Mechanical Engineer. With an executive level post requiring more than ten years of expertise, this is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct inspections and quality control activities for mechanical engineering works related to MEP, Road, Urban works, and landscape projects Review and evaluate project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with standards and regulations Identify and report on non-conformance issues, and propose corrective actions Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards Provide technical support and guidance to the project team to resolve quality-related issues Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and consultants, to maintain quality control procedures Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement measures Prepare quality control reports and documentation, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with 10 years exp in QC, IR and NCR are must. Should have hands on experience in Road, Landscape and Urban works exp are must. Extensive experience in quality control and inspection of MEP, road, and landscape projects. Preferable candidates who worked in Metro Rail / Airport / Large commercial project. In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices Experience in conducting audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills Should be willing to work 10 hours a day for 6 days a week at our client project location. Should join immediately or a notice period of maximum 15 days will be given. Preference will be given to the candidates from KSA.
