JOB OBJECTIVE:
The role of QC includes overseeing and implementing quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality products or delivery of top-notch services. They collaborate with various departments to establish and maintain quality standards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish inspection and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including inspection records and quality reports.
• Prepare reports for management summarizing quality performance.
• Train and educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to quality policies.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address quality-related complaints.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure the organization\'s compliance with relevant quality and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE&SKILLS

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in quality control/assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in quality management
