Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for ensuring consistent quality, food safety, and sensory excellence across green coffee, roasting, production, and finished products.
Location: Al Ain, Dubai
Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary+ Food+ Accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality control and food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC). Oversee green coffee inspection, roasting quality, and finished product release. Lead cupping, sensory calibration, and flavor consistency programs. Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions. Manage QC documentation, audits, and team training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Coffee Science, or related field. 2+ years of QC experience in coffee or food manufacturing. Home country experience are acceptable. Strong knowledge of coffee processing, roasting, and sensory evaluation. Q Grader certification preferred. More prefer for immediate joiner.
