Position Title: Lead Architect for Construction and Real Estate Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.
:
- Develop concepts for high-rise buildings from scratch in AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with standards and coordinating with internal/external architects and draftsmen for detailed drawings.
- Evaluate feasibility reports, review and approve architectural/engineering plans, and ensure designs meet regulatory and construction standards.
- Collaborate with MEP, Structural, and ID teams to fully integrate services into the building design, ensuring end-to-end project completeness.
- Manage authority approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees), conduct site inspections, supervise consultants, and provide technical guidance throughout the plan review and execution process.
