Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of QC experience in Dubai, specifically in villas and residential tower projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and QA/QC procedures.
Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
