We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QC Inspector specializing in Steel Fabrication to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of steel fabrication processes and products.

• Conduct thorough inspections of steel fabrication processes and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform dimensional checks, visual inspections, and non-destructive testing as required
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product conformity
• Identify and document quality issues, defects, or non-conformances
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes
• Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records and reports
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality control
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide recommendations for process enhancements
• Communicate inspection results and quality concerns to relevant stakeholders, including management and production teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the steel fabrication industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and steel fabrication industry regulations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Strong familiarity with steel fabrication processes and techniques
• Experience with various inspection tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and quality management software
• Understanding of welding processes and inspection techniques
• Relevant quality control certifications (e.g., ASQ, CWI) preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required by production schedules
