Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Executive with a strong background in ice cream or frozen desserts manufacturing. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance, while closely supporting the R&D team in product development, trials, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control quality parameters of ice cream and frozen dessert products at all stages of production Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Support the R&D team during new product development, pilot trials, and scale-up activities Perform sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and stability testing Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and local UAE food safety regulations Maintain and update quality documentation, SOPs, specifications, and reports Investigate quality deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformances; implement corrective actions Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain quality standards Assist in internal and external audits Ensure proper calibration and usage of laboratory and testing equipment

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or a related field

2-5 years of QC experience in ice cream, frozen desserts, or dairy manufacturing (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000) Experience working with R&D teams and understanding formulation and process parameters Familiarity with sensory evaluation and basic laboratory testing Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and cold conditions when required Strong communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of UAE food regulations is an advantage Immediate joiners or candidates currently based in the UAE preferred
