Job Responsibilities:
QC Engineer:
Monitor and ensure quality standards across maintenance and facility management projects
Conduct inspections related to waterproofing works and FM activities
Prepare quality reports, NCRs, and corrective action plans
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards
Coordinate with site teams and management to maintain quality benchmarks
QS Engineer:
Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
Monitor project costs and variations related to FM and waterproofing works
Assist in contract administration, measurement certification, and cost control
Prepare progress reports and support financial forecasting
Coordinate with project and procurement teams for accurate cost management
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in QC or QS roles
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
Proven experience in Waterproofing and Facility Management (FM) projects
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Arabic communication skills are an advantage
