Qc And Safty Controller
Job Description
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, processes, and products to ensure compliance with required standards and specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
Maintain detailed reports of inspections and quality testing results.
Implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas of weakness and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Maintain and calibrate QC equipment and ensure their proper functioning.
Health & Safety:
Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures and regulations. Conduct safety audits and risk assessments. Identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation measures. Train employees on safety protocols and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses and prepare detailed reports with corrective action plans. Ensure compliance with local health and safety laws and regulations. Promote a culture of safety across the organization.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. Certifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001) and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly preferred. 2-5 years of experience in a similar QC and/or safety role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations. Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Working Conditions:
Split between office, factory floor, and job site environments. May involve working in hazardous environments with appropriate safety precautions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
