Job Description

Job Title: Success Factors Technical Architect (ECC + S/4HANA + SF Integration) Experience: 8-10 years Location: Qatar (Onsite) Contract Duration: 1 year (extendable)

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain the technical architecture for SuccessFactors, ECC, and S/4HANA integration. Ensure the overall technical integrity of the solution landscape.

2, Integration Expertise: Lead the design and development of integrations between SuccessFactors, ECC, and S/4HANA. Implement and optimize middleware solutions for seamless data flow.

3. System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SuccessFactors modules, ECC, and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address technical challenges.

4. Data Migration: Manage data migration processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across platforms. Implement strategies for data transformation and cleansing.

5. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of SuccessFactors, ECC, and S/4HANA through regular monitoring and troubleshooting. Implement best practices to enhance system performance.

6. Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of the integrated system landscape. Implement and maintain role-based access controls.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, integrations, and configurations. Provide training and support materials for end-users and administrators.

8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Provide technical guidance and support during project lifecycles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in SuccessFactors, ECC, and S/4HANA technical architecture. Expertise in SuccessFactors modules, ECC, and S/4HANA integration. Strong understanding of middleware solutions and data integration techniques. SAP certification in SuccessFactors and/or S/4HANA (preferred).
