Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Proven 10-15 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with significant exposure to diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and high-rise developments, holding managerial roles with increasing responsibility. Extensive experience working with main contractors, overseeing all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, coordination, and delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards and procedures, including inspection, testing, compliance monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects meet both regulatory requirements and client expectations. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently. Skilled in implementing safety protocols, risk assessments, and best practices to minimize on-site incidents and enhance overall project quality.
