Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager (Mechanical) to join our leading construction company in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for mechanical works across multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, QCS, and Ashghal Qatar standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection systems. Supervise and coordinate QA/QC engineers and inspectors. Review and approve method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and technical documentation. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained. Monitor welding, piping, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting installations to ensure compliance with specifications. Liaise with consultants, clients, and third parties on quality-related matters. Ensure project quality objectives are achieved in line with company policies and ISO standards. Prepare and submit QA/QC reports and close-out documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or MEP projects (GCC experience preferred). Experience in ASHGHAL minimum 2 year - BPD Projects ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification IRCA Approved Excellent communication and leadership skills.
