Position: QA QC Manager (Mechanical )

Job requirements:

• Minimum 12 years and above experience with recorded details & previous approval
• CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector or equivalent as Minimum.
• Familiar with ISO+9001-2015 requirements.
• Familiar with codes ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME B 31.4, ASME Sec II , ASME Sec V , ASME Sec IX, ASME Sec VIII ,API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
• Familiar with GRE pipeline will be preferred.
• Shall have experience in Piping & Pipeline quality inspections

Job responsibilities:
xc2xb7 The company QA/QC Manager is the representative of the project and has the responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system.
xc2xb7 The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
xc2xb7 Control and the distribution of all the companys quality documentation.
xc2xb7 Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
xc2xb7 Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companys management.
xc2xb7 Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
xc2xb7 Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
xc2xb7 Attend client quality management meetings.
xc2xb7 The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
xc2xb7 Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
xc2xb7 Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
xc2xb7 Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
xc2xb7 Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
xc2xb7 Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site QC manager & QC Supervisor
xc2xb7 Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
xc2xb7 Monitor statistical method reporting.
xc2xb7 Action and close all customer complaints
xc2xb7 Elaborating inspection and test programs
xc2xb7 Ensure the safety is adhered to at site
xc2xb7 Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
Salary AED 22000-25000 (all in) + Standard benefits as per UAE law
