QA/QC Inspectors / Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials, workmanship, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
• Identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and defects, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and material certifications.
• Monitor and verify that all quality control procedures are being followed by contractors and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review and approve contractor submittals, including shop drawings and material data sheets.
• Ensure that all testing and inspection activities are performed in accordance with approved methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with project engineers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project's QA/QC program.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
• Proven experience working on at least 1-2 large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures.
• Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software and documentation tools.
• Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects is highly desirable.
• UAE experience is preferred.
