Job Title: QA/QC Inspector (for construction / Highrise Building)

Location: Dubai Creek Harbour, Ras Al Khor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector for ensuring all construction activities, materials, and workmanship comply with project specifications, standards, and approved drawings. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality standards in the execution of high-rise building projects across all construction phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements. Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with technical specifications before installation. Review method statements, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and quality control procedures. Perform regular site inspections and record all findings in quality reports and checklists. Report any non-conformances (NCRs) and assist in corrective and preventive action implementation. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure testing and calibration of materials and equipment as per project requirements. Maintain quality documentation, including inspection requests (IRs), test results, and site records. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Support the QA/QC Engineer and Project Manager in achieving overall project quality objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 5-6 years of

UAE experience

in QA/QC inspection within the

construction industry

, preferably

high-rise building projects

. Strong knowledge of

UAE construction codes, standards, and municipality requirements

. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management systems. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and QA/QC documentation. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred:

Certification in QA/QC, ISO, or related quality management systems. Experience working with reputed consultants or contractors in Dubai.
