QA/QC Inspector
Position: QA/QC Inspector
Number of Vacancies: 2
Reports To: QA/QC Manager / Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of all fit-out activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Inspect materials delivered to site for correct type, quality, and approval status.
• Perform in-process inspections for joinery, MEP works, ceilings, partitions, and finishes.
• Identify and report non-conformances (NCR), and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Witness and verify testing of materials and systems as required.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project-specific quality plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for the timely closure of quality issues.
• Support the project team during client/consultant inspections.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, CQI/IRCA) are a plus.
• 2 to 3 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector in the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and quality benchmarks.
• Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
