Job Description

Develop and implement the QA/QC strategy, policies, and procedures for all ongoing villa and building projects. Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure quality requirements are understood and met. Lead and manage the QA/QC team including inspectors and document controllers across multiple project sites. Ensure materials, workmanship, and construction processes meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on-site to monitor construction activities. Interface with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure proper documentation of QA/QC activities including ITPs, checklists, method statements, NCRs, and QA/QC reports. Prepare and submit quality reports to senior management and clients. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Lead investigations of non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions. Train and develop QA/QC staff to enhance team performance and awareness of quality standards. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety standards, and ISO requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably in villa and building projects in GCC/UAE. Proven experience in a QA/QC managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001). Familiar with local construction regulations and authority requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. Proficient in MS Office and QA/QC software tools.
