Implement and monitor QA/QC standards during production and installation of joinery works.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Prepare inspection checklists, test reports, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers for inspection requests (IRs).
Identify and record non-conformances and propose corrective/preventive actions.
Ensure traceability of materials and maintain inspection logs.
Support ISO documentation, calibration of tools, and quality training for staff.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Quality Management.
Minimum Experience
3-5 years in
Joinery.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and joinery QA/QC documentation.
Excellent understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and hardware quality standards.
Strong report writing, communication, and inspection skills.
Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving ability.
