QA/QC Engineer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems, procedures, and checklists for ongoing projects.
Conduct inspections and tests on materials, installations, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project standards.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants regarding non-conformities and corrective actions.
Review material submittals, method statements, and ITPs for quality compliance.
Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and client review.
Ensure adherence to local and international quality and safety regulations.
Liaise with procurement and subcontractor teams to verify material and workmanship quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the GCC (mandatory).
Proven experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
Strong understanding of quality standards, testing methods, and documentation practices.
Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor management, and contract administration.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
