Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for all activities related to the Quality Control to ensure that quality standards for construction materials, processes and final units are met.
Job Accountabilities:
Ensure that contractors execute construction work at site according to the drawings and the specifications defined by the consultants.
Ensure that the contractor is using the proper materials at site according the specification.
Ensure that the contractor makes all the tests needed for materials and different work aspects according specification, laws and regulations.
Ensure the regular testing of materials used in construction and the inspection of each construction phase to make sure they comply with quality standards.
Oversee the handing over of units to customers and ensure that it is done according to customer's contract.
Qualifications:
UPDA Grade
at least grade T
10
years of experienceAshghal
experience 7 years exeperience inconsultancy firms
Knowledge inRevit
ISO Lead Certificate is must
